One contractor, one signature, one number to call when questions come up later.
Home Remodeling · the questions Aldo answers every week.
Can we live in the house during a whole-home remodel?
Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Depends on which systems are offline and for how long. We'll advise honestly at walk-through.
Do you re-use existing plumbing and electrical, or replace it all?
The bid specifies what stays and what gets replaced. Original 1970s branch wiring or copper isn't worth preserving; more recent work often is. We'll show you the line item.
How much of the project is subcontracted?
Structural + MEP + roofing — all self-performed under our own state licenses. Specialty finishes (stone fabrication, custom cabinetry) may involve trusted vendors on our approved list.
