General, Roofing, Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical — every one held personally by Aldo Dellamano.
02Fixed-bid, never T&M
Every project on a written fixed-bid proposal signed at contract. No allowance games.
03Self-performed trades
Because we hold every license in-house, structural, MEP, and finish stay on the same schedule.
04One warranty conversation
One contractor, one signature, one number to call when questions come up later.
Home Additions · the questions Aldo answers every week.
Can you match the existing exterior finish exactly?
Almost always yes. Stucco, roof tile, window profile, and paint are matched to the existing house. When materials are discontinued, we present alternates before ordering.
What about HOA approvals?
We prepare the architectural submittal package and manage the HOA review on your behalf. You don't chase paperwork.
